To promote Dove’s commitment to paid paternity leave, we turned baby’s first word into a friendly competition between parents — urging Dads not to miss out on the pre-season, but rather to take paternity leave and start with a home field advantage.
For every post where babies #SayDada, Dove will pledge $1 to their Paternity Leave fund.
Dads can digitally enter their stats on our Dada Trading Cards. We’ll encourage them to share on social and hand them out along with business cards so employers see
they’re committed to taking paternity leave.
